As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our board is committed to ensuring that every decision supports our mission of developing athletes, building character, and strengthening communities through youth sports.

Together, our board works to create opportunities for young athletes while building an organization that families can trust for years to come.

Eric Deken

Founder & Executive Director

Eric founded Screamin' Demons Sports Group with the vision of creating a youth sports organization focused on player development, positive culture, and community impact. As Executive Director, he oversees the organization's operations, strategic planning, program development, community partnerships, fundraising efforts, and long-term growth.
